Job summary

The role requires strong knowledge of procurement, bidding processes, and database management, with hospitality experience preferred. On-site position at our Las Vegas property.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Purchasing & Shipping/Receiving operations.

• Develop supplier relationships and negotiate contracts with vendors.
• Maintain purchasing databases and cost-control programs.
• Coordinate menu/product sourcing and costing to stay within budget.
• Ensure adherence to food handling records and SNHD compliance.
