Job summary

Innspace, an international hospitality general contractor, seeks a Principal, Client Engagement to lead client engagement, business development, and account relationships across the US hospitality market. You will work with brokers, developers, and clients to drive opportunities, forecast growth, and strengthen Innspace's market presence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in hotel/hospitality in the US market
• Proven track record in business development, client engagement, or account management within hospitality construction or related fields
• Strong leadership and senior relationship management with brokers, developers, and hospitality clients
• Experience developing and executing business development strategy, forecasting, and pipeline management
• Willingness to travel up to 50%

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive client engagement methodology, standards and processes across the company
• Develop and execute client partnerships and business development strategies
• Map and track key client relationships and opportunities across the US hospitality market
• Collaborate with marketing and account executives to align brand and client approach
• Build and mentor a high-performing client engagement and account team
• Coordinate workforce planning with directors to meet organizational needs
