Job summary

The CFO will oversee financial reporting, regulatory filings, and staff development while collaborating with executive leadership to sustain high-quality patient care and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or closely related field with 10+ years of progressive financial experience; healthcare experience preferred.
• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or closely related field preferred with 8+ years of progressive financial experience; healthcare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maximize hospital financial performance by analyzing profitability of operations, product lines, and contracts; act to reduce expenses and variation.
• Oversee hospital financial reporting; supervise preparation of reports on financial position and operating profit/loss.
• Oversee timely filing of federal, state, hospital association, third-party, and other financial reports.
• Develop employees through management practices to motivate performance and build commitment.
