Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; minimum 10 years of progressive financial experience.
• Master’s degree preferred with 8+ years of healthcare finance experience.
• Knowledge of GAAP, Medicare/Medicaid regulations, and tax rules; ability to prepare timely financial reports.

Responsibilities

• Maximize hospital financial performance; analyze profitability of operations and contracts.
• Lead hospital finance reporting; supervise reports on financial position and P&L.
• Prepare and file federal/state reports as required.
• Develop staff; coach and build commitment to high performance.
