Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance; Master's preferred.
• At least 10 years of progressive financial experience; healthcare preferred.
• Deep GAAP, Medicare/Medicaid and tax regulatory knowledge; strong reporting.

Responsibilities

• Maximize hospital financial performance by analyzing operations and driving cost improvements.
• Lead hospital financial reporting and supervise P&L and balance sheet processes.
• Ensure timely filings of federal, state and third-party financial reports.
• Develop leaders, coach staff, and create an engaged, high-performance finance team.
