Job summary

The role requires CPA or MBA preferred, 3+ years of CFO-level hospital experience, and a hands-on, collaborative leadership style focused on budgeting, cash flow, and cost control. This is a full-time, on-site executive position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance with knowledge of GAAP.
• CPA or Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years CFO-level experience in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general accounting, patient business services, and financial reporting.
• Provide leadership in data processing, systems, and records functions.
• Develop long and short-range budgets and conduct cash flow analyses.
• Monitor hospital financial performance and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure timely financial reports and regulatory submissions.
