Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA or Master's Degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of CFO-level experience in an acute-care hospital.

Responsibilities

• Administers general accounting and financial reporting for the hospital.
• Prepares cash flow analyses and budget variance analyses.
• Directs internal financial reports including annual audit work papers.
• Assists CEO in long- and short-range operating and capital plans.
• Monitors financial performance and identifies cost reduction opportunities.
