Job summary

Lifepoint Health is seeking a Chief Financial Officer for a hospital facility to lead all financial operations, reporting, and strategic oversight. You will direct budgeting, cash flow planning, and capital analyses, driving cost containment and revenue enhancement initiatives across the organization.

The role requires extensive hospital finance experience (CFO level) and CAAP/CPA credentials where possible, with strong leadership and regulatory compliance capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 15+ years of experience with 3 years CFO level in an acute-care hospital.
• CPA Certification preferred and CPA license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general accounting, patient services, third party reimbursement, and financial reporting.
• Assist CEO with long- and short-range hospital operations plans and capital analyses.
• Develop and monitor budgets, cash flow analyses, and variance analyses.
• Lead financial reporting for audits and ensure timely, accurate financial position statements.
• Identify cost-reduction opportunities and revenue enhancements based on market and operational data.
