Job summary

Kent State University is seeking an Associate Director of Strategic Recruitment to provide strategic direction to admission counselors and lead recruitment initiatives for Honors students on the Kent Campus. The role reports to the Director of Recruitment in the Admissions Office and requires in-person work on the Kent Campus, Kent, OH.

Qualified candidates hold a Master's degree in higher education or related field with four years of admissions experience.

Qualifications

Master's degree in higher education or related field.
Four years of progressively responsible experience in college admissions.
Experience with CRM systems and data-driven recruitment.
Ability to plan and manage large recruitment initiatives.

Responsibilities

Work directly with the Director of Recruitment on goal setting, strategic action plans and yield strategies.
Develop and implement an annual recruitment plan for responsible recruitment territories.
Lead collaborative efforts with colleagues in Admissions and enrollment management to support recruitment of honors students.
Travel on behalf of the University for recruitment activities and other related events.
Provide and analyze information for management by producing reports using student databases and query tools.
