Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in higher education or related field.
• Six years of progressively responsible admissions or orientation experience.
• Experience leading large-scale events and teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with AVP/Executive Director to set a strategic vision for on- and off-campus events and orientation.
• Create assessment plans to evaluate visit and orientation effectiveness.
• Coordinate data-driven decisions on visitor events, scheduling, and program content.
• Oversee use of CRM systems to support visit and orientation activities.
• Supervise staff and graduate assistants; travel between buildings and campuses as needed.
