Job summary

Tufts Medicine is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to manage recruitment for Support Services across Lowell General Hospital/Saints Campus, MelroseWakefield Hospital, and Lawrence Memorial Hospital of Medford. You will lead full lifecycle recruitment, including proactive sourcing, screening, interviewing, and collaborating with hiring managers to fill open roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of Talent Acquisition experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and ATS.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through ads, job fairs, and direct outreach.
• Prescreen candidates before submission to hiring managers.
• Ensure candidate minimum requirements are met.
• Use behavioral interviewing techniques.
• Build diverse candidate pipelines and strategic recruiting plans.
