Job summary

OakLeaf Surgical Hospital is seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Manager to oversee procurement, inventory, distribution, and utilization of supplies and equipment. You will partner with clinical leaders to ensure uninterrupted patient care while controlling costs.

You will lead a team, manage vendor relations, enforce policies, and drive improvements in inventory accuracy, supplier performance, and compliance with HIPAA and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Healthcare supply chain knowledge across purchasing, inventory, distribution and storage.
• Financial management including budgeting and cost containment.
• Leadership and performance management of teams.
• HIPAA, confidentiality, safety, and compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of Supply Chain: purchasing, receiving, inventory, distribution.
• Maintain reliable inventory by monitoring usage and expirations, coordinate substitutions.
• Oversee sourcing and purchasing per contracts and policies.
• Monitor expenditures and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Lead vendor relationships and performance resolution.
• Use data to support decisions.
