You will oversee loss prevention, claims management and liaison with leadership; collaborate with clinical, quality, patient safety and legal teams; requires Bachelor's degree and 3 years healthcare risk management experience.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, legal or other clinical related field.
• 3 years of healthcare experience with involvement in clinical operations, quality improvement, patient safety, compliance, risk identification, or regulatory activities.
• Strong communication and analytical skills; proficient with Microsoft software.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, evaluate and mitigate professional and general liability risk.
• Develop risk reduction strategies to minimize financial loss.
• Integrate risk management into day-to-day clinical operations.
• Collaborate with Ministry, hospital, and OSFMSG leadership on risk issues.
