You will design, coordinate, and implement initiatives, participate in performance improvement, manage claims, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to reduce loss and improve care quality. Salary range from $70,720 to $102,419.20 plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• BSN or healthcare field preferred.
• ARM/CPHRM or Diplomate preferred.
• 5+ years clinical/management in healthcare.
• Experience in risk management or claims preferred.
• Knowledge of applicable state laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Design, organize, coordinate, and implement the Risk Management Program to minimize loss and protect assets.
• Active participation in performance improvement data collection, activities, and trend analysis.
• Assist with claims investigation, management and litigation.
• Facilitate reporting of safety data/events and development of risk-reduction initiatives.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team on problem identification, cost containment, and system improvements.
