Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum eight years of management experience, with at least five years in clinical operations.
• Masters degree required in business, nursing, or healthcare.
• Licensed professional (RN, Physician, NP, Pharmacist, or PT) in any state.

Responsibilities

• Ensure care delivery strategies meet regulatory and accreditation compliance with quality, safety, service, and access requirements in inpatient, ambulatory, and post-acute settings.
• Establish regional and local quality governance and oversight across the clinical organization.
• Provide quality oversight for credentialing decisions on facilities and providers.
• Collaborate with national leaders to support high-quality, cost-effective, integrated care for members and patients.
• Develop and implement strategic quality and safety oversight objectives within national and regional business plans.
• Lead safety and risk management including infection prevention and patient-family centered care initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, accreditation, licensure, and Kaiser Permanente policies.
