Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional projects.
• Experience partnering with executives and senior stakeholders.
• Strong facilitation, tracking, reporting and follow-through.
• Analytical skills with dashboards and metrics.
• Certifications (PMP, Lean Six Sigma, PMI-ACP, CSM, PSM) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional strategic initiatives with multiple leaders, priorities, and deadlines.
• Translate priorities into SMART goals with defined deliverables and owners.
• Maintain centralized project trackers, dashboards, and executive status reporting.
• Monitor progress, follow up on commitments, and identify risks early.
• Facilitate leadership meetings focused on progress and next steps.
• Escalate stalled initiatives and drive accountability and actions.
• Track decisions and actions from leadership summits and prepare updates.

Education
