Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience delivering healthcare construction projects, preferably in occupied facilities.
• Experience supervising and developing project teams within the AEC industry.
• Knowledge of infection control, life safety, and regulatory requirements in healthcare construction.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for healthcare project outcomes, financial performance, and client satisfaction.
• Oversee work in occupied healthcare facilities ensuring protection of patient care and compliance with codes and standards.
• Lead development and mentoring of project team members and future leaders.
