Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Healthcare Construction Project Manager to lead healthcare projects in Columbia, SC. This on-site, permanent role requires 5+ years in commercial construction project management and a proven ability to manage complex, active-facility projects from preconstruction through completion.

You will coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, ensuring schedules, budgets, contracts, and site activities align with project goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction project-management experience.
• Healthcare construction experience in hospitals or active facilities is a big plus.
• Renovation or expansion project experience.
• Familiarity with infection-control requirements.
• Experience coordinating complex MEP systems.
• Ability to read drawings and specifications and understand field activity.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with budgets, schedules, contracts, change orders, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Run healthcare projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Work closely with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and the field team.
• Keep an eye on the schedule, budget, contracts, and overall project performance.
• Help solve problems before they turn into bigger problems.
