Qualifications

• 3–5 years of procurement or supply chain experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Experience with ERP systems (Sage Intacct preferred).
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare purchasing and medical equipment sourcing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies that support organizational goals.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings through strategic sourcing and competitive bidding.
• Analyze purchasing trends and recommend process improvements.
• Standardize purchasing practices across departments.
• Identify, evaluate, and qualify vendors.
• Negotiate pricing, service agreements, and purchasing terms.
• Coordinate procurement-related contracts.
• Monitor contract renewals and expiration dates.
• Ensure compliance with HRSA, Uniform Guidance and grant procurement requirements.
• Review inventory utilization and recommend purchasing levels.
• Coordinate procurement of medical equipment, office equipment, technology, and operational supplies.
• Develop procurement reports and dashboards.
• Monitor purchasing metrics.
