Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of experience in consulting, research, healthcare strategy, market/competitive intelligence, management consulting, or related fields.
• Experience working with senior or executive stakeholders.
• Experience in healthcare, healthcare IT, payer strategy, or related market is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships and understand the market.
• Engage with healthcare executives to understand priorities and opportunities.
• Conduct interviews and research conversations with provider and payer leaders.
• Build and maintain a network of healthcare executives and experts.
• Identify signals and trends to forecast market direction.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative research to extract key themes.
• Develop narratives and recommendations from complex research.
• Present findings to C-level audiences and facilitate discussions.
