Job summary

Oracle US is seeking a Strategic Implementation Owner to lead large-scale client deployments of EHR systems, driving process improvements and standardization. You will bridge clients and internal teams to ensure delivery aligns with business goals.

This role emphasizes optimizing methodologies, mentoring teams, and building strong client relationships, with travel up to 25% and US locations including DC, KC, Austin, and Nashville.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management, EHR implementation, or process optimization, with significant experience in client-facing roles.
• Deep understanding of implementation strategies and process improvement methodologies, with collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.
• Exceptional communicator with ability to manage relationships and collaborate across diverse teams and departments.
• Natural ability to solve complex problems, develop strategic solutions, and execute changes that improve project success.
• Skilled at training and mentoring teams on new strategies and process changes to ensure adoption and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize large-scale client implementation strategies, ensuring alignment with client needs and organizational goals.
• Drive process optimization and identify areas for improvement to enable more efficient deployments.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on internal tools, systems, and processes to ensure smooth deployment activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams, guiding collaboration across departments.
• Lead training efforts for internal teams to ensure alignment on new strategies and process changes.
• Continuously refine implementation methodologies based on lessons learned for future deployments.
