Job summary

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a related field; eight (8) years of related experience required.
• Epic certification in relevant revenue cycle modules is preferred (e.g., Resolute PB, Resolute HB, or Prelude).

Responsibilities

• Lead the administration, configuration, and optimization of enterprise-level healthcare financial information systems.
• Ensure systems meet organizational needs, compliance standards, and support financial reporting accuracy.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and oversee upgrades or patches.
• Collaborate with IT and vendor support teams to address and resolve technical issues.
• Oversee integration and maintenance of financial data from clinical and operational systems for accurate billing and revenue cycle functions.
• Provide analytical insights to support budget planning, forecasting, and financial decision-making.
• Supervise a team of systems analysts and business analysts supporting revenue cycle systems.
• Assign projects, monitor progress, and ensure deliverables align with organizational goals.
• Act as liaison between finance, IT, and clinical departments to support system enhancements.
• Identify opportunities to enhance system functionality to streamline financial workflows.
• Lead initiatives to automate routine financial processes, improve user experience, and reduce costs.

• Manage system implementation or transition projects, including timelines, budgets, and resources.
