You will develop budgets, forecasts, and profitability analysis, creating dashboards and reports for leadership and joint governance boards.

The role requires healthcare finance experience, strong data skills, and the ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations.

Qualificações

• Three or more years of financial planning, analysis, reporting, or healthcare finance experience.
• Experience with decision-support methodologies and data modeling.
• Ability to synthesize clinical and financial data into actionable insights.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Advanced Excel and financial reporting tool proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Supports the financial management of external partnerships with reporting, planning, analysis, and presentations.
• Collaborates with Revenue Cycle, Contracting, and Physician Compensation teams to forecast and monitor performance.
• Prepares monthly partnership profit-and-loss statements, including expenses and reconciliations.
• Collects and reports physician productivity data (wRVUs, FTE).
• Develops financial pro formas for physician compensation and strategic initiatives.
• Creates scalable monthly reporting, dashboards, and analyses for internal partners.
• Leads or supports implementation of financial systems and process improvements.
• Develops multi-year operating and capital budgets and explains variances.
