The FP&A Analyst will play a crucial role in our financial planning and analysis department, providing insights and support that will help shape our strategic direction. This position requires a blend of analytical prowess, financial modeling expertise, and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving our financial planning processes, analyzing business performance, and supporting decision-making across the organization.

What You Will Bring To The Team

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA, CMA) is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or related finance/Analytical role.
• Healthcare experience required (preferably within a physician practice, medical group, hospital, or other healthcare organization)
• Prefer candidates with healthcare sector, consulting, or investment banking experience.
• Knowledge of revenue cycle management in the healthcare industry.
• Experience preparing or analyzing P&Ls, budgets, forecasts, and/or financial variance analyses required
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner to non-financial stakeholders. Ability to problem-solve and be decisive with actions
