The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of relevant analysis experience (healthcare preferred), and strong Excel and Office skills. You may collaborate with leaders and may guide junior team members on complex analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Degree in Finance or related field a plus.
• 3+ years of relevant financial or operational analysis experience; healthcare preferred.
• Requires analytical experience working with complex data sets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong Excel experience required; relational databases and financial modeling a plus.
