The Medical College of Wisconsin is seeking a Financial Analyst to perform both basic and complex analyses to support departmental operating budgets, provider productivity benchmarking, and forecasting models. This role includes ad hoc financial duties and presenting findings to practice leadership.

You will collaborate with diverse stakeholders, drive cost efficiencies, and contribute to budget initiatives, workforce planning, and financial process improvements in a dynamic healthcare

Formación

• Minimum education: Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5 years in a Healthcare Finance or Financial Environment.
• Master's in Business Administration preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Performs financial analysis, analyzes P&L statements, and prepares accurate and timely reporting to enable decision-making by practice leadership.
• Provides financial support in the business development and assessment of potential new business opportunities.
• Identifies opportunities for improvement to internal financial/business processes.
• Assists management with analysis and implementation of financial/business process improvements.
• Support financial analysis for Provider Workforce Planning.
• Assists in maintenance of the Affiliate Support Funds Flow model.
• Supports development and review of departmental and practice-wide budget initiatives.
• Prepare ad hoc requests as assigned.
• Oversee special projects as assigned.
