The Medical College of Wisconsin, Inc. is seeking a Financial Analyst to perform a range of financial analyses and reporting to support departmental budgets, provider productivity, and benchmarking activities.

You will contribute to business development efforts and forecast models while handling ad hoc duties as needed. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in healthcare finance, strong data analytics, and the ability to present findings to executive leadership.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum of 5 years in a Healthcare Finance or financial environment.
• MBA and healthcare experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to translate complex financial data for leadership audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Perform financial analysis and report P&L to practice leadership.
• Support business development and assessment of new opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial and business processes.
• Assist in budget planning and monitoring for departments and practices.
• Produce ad hoc financial analyses and reports as requested.
• Oversee special projects as assigned.
