Valley Health System seeks a Sr. Financial Analyst to lead financial analyses and drive strategic financial projects.

This hybrid role requires on-site work at the WMC campus three days per week and close collaboration with corporate and hospital teams to deliver budgeting, ROI analyses and capital planning. The ideal candidate will hold a finance-related bachelor’s (MBA/CPA/CMA preferred), with 3+ years in healthcare finance and strong analytical, presentation, and systems skills to support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years healthcare finance experience; 5+ years in finance or accounting preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to present complex concepts clearly.
• Experience with capital budgeting and ROI analyses is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation and delivery of financial, clinical and business analyses.
• Develop operating plans, capital projections and ROI analyses.
• Collaborate with accounting, decision support and budgeting teams to deliver financial information.
• Support the annual operating and capital budgeting process and customer service for network clients.
