Job summary

Indiana University Health is seeking an Advisor - Financial Expert in Fort Wayne to provide financial guidance and strategic analysis across the organization. The role partners with executive leadership and clinical teams to improve financial performance and resource utilization.

You will develop executive-level reports, model complex scenarios, and drive budgeting and long-range planning. Strong communication and integrity are essential to influence decisions and advance our mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Master's degree preferred (MBA, MHA, MS Finance).
• CPA/CFA or equivalent certification preferred.
• Requires 6–8 years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare reimbursement, regulatory frameworks, and financial operations.
• Requires knowledge of GAAP and/or other industry guidelines.
• Requires experience interacting with all levels of leadership.
• Requires experience implementing large scale process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial guidance to support decision-making within a healthcare organization.
• Lead planning and development of programs/projects within specialization on a regular basis.
• Create executive-level reporting packages to communicate financial information to leadership.
• Analyze diverse sets of data including financial, operational, clinical and economic to support decisions.
• Partner with regional leadership and other IU Health units to identify growth opportunities.
• Influence decisions and drive organizational change through data-driven insights.
