Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field required.
Master’s degree preferred (MBA, MHA or MS Finance).
CPA/CFA or equivalent certification preferred.
Requires 6–8 years of experience in finance or healthcare.
Strong knowledge of healthcare reimbursement, GAAP and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

Provide financial guidance and subject matter expertise to support decision-making.
Partner with executive leadership, clinical teams, and finance departments.
Develop executive-level reporting packages on costs, revenues, and variances.
Lead regional planning, budgeting, and performance improvement initiatives.
Influence decisions to improve efficiency and financial sustainability.
