Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Degree in Finance or related field a plus.
• 3+ years of relevant financial or operational analysis experience; healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Benchmarking experience not required.
• Analytical experience working with complex data sets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong Excel experience; relational databases and modeling experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and supports the system financial team with actionable information (including analysis and reporting) to support operational and strategic decision making.
• Analyzes diverse data sets including financial, operational, clinical and economic to support strategic and operational decisions.
• Interprets financial or other information on expenses and various clinical and operational measures to make recommendations to senior management.
• Provides technical support on complex analysis and may informally lead team members.
