Job summary

HealthPartners is hiring a Facilities Project Manager. This position is responsible to act on HealthPartners' behalf for planning, coordinating, and leading all facilities project activities from project concept through project closeout and warranty period.

Lead the design, planning, and execution of facility projects including remodels, renovations, and new construction, ensuring scope and budgets are met while coordinating IT, security, and signage needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction engineering, interior design/architecture or 5 years of equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in construction project management.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office 365, budgeting, scheduling, organization, and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, planning, and execution of facility projects including remodels and new construction.
• Define scope, manage budgets, ensure timely completion and coordinate non-construction items.
• Support capital planning, vendor evaluation, and collaboration with other project managers.
