Qualifications

• Ability to negotiate complex business and contractual issues with leaders and legal counsel.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, revise, and negotiate a broad range of healthcare and commercial agreements.
• Partner with department directors and senior leaders to understand business requirements and financial impact.
• Analyze contract terms for compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.
• Identify contractual risk and recommend revisions to protect CWHS and organizational objectives.
• Coordinate contract review with legal counsel and Compliance.
• Negotiate proposed changes directly with vendors and other contracting parties.
• Review fair market value considerations for agreements involving physicians.
• Coordinate internal approvals including Board of Trustee approvals when applicable.
• Oversee contract execution and ensure full execution before services or purchases begin.
• Track contracts, renewals, vendor correspondence, performance, and compliance.
