Job summary

Planate Management Group is seeking experienced Construction Managers to support the VA Hospital Grand Junction under contract with Davenergy. You will provide construction oversight to ensure compliance with contracts and safety standards.

You will represent Planate to the client, coordinate with site teams, perform inspections, review submittals, and support design input and procurements. This on-site role requires strong communication and healthcare project experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil or equivalent experience related to job duties and functions.
• Three or more years of civil/construction management work experience, preferably healthcare.
• Knowledgeable in construction scheduling methods and codes.
• Good English communication, written and oral.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in completing construction work and inspecting quality.
• Monitor contractor methods to ensure safety, quality, and contractual compliance.
• Review submittals and provide guidance to government as needed.
• Conduct field inspections to verify workmanship and materials.
• Ensure compliance with design, specifications and regulations.
