Lever, Inc. is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to guide financial strategy in a growing Critical Access Hospital.

Reporting to the CEO, you will oversee financial operations, revenue cycle, budgeting, cash management, reimbursement strategy, and capital planning in a community-focused setting. Qualificações

• Experience in Critical Access Hospital finance.
• Hands-on revenue cycle leadership.
• Understanding of Medicare cost reporting and CAH reimbursement.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash management.
• Provide hands-on leadership across the revenue cycle, including patient access, case management, health information management, billing, and collections.
• Oversee Medicare cost reporting and ensure compliance with CAH reimbursement requirements.
• Develop strategies to strengthen cash flow, manage debt obligations, and maintain financial stability.
• Partner with executive leadership on capital investments, facility expansion, and long-term financial planning.
• Monitor revenue cycle performance, including collections, DNFB, and other key financial metrics.
• Provide financial reporting, analysis, and strategic recommendations to the CEO, Board of Directors, and Finance Committee.
• Lead and develop finance and operational teams while helping clinical managers strengthen budgeting and financial management practices.
• Oversee audits, regulatory compliance, internal controls, and financial risk management.
