Qualifications

• Proven servant leadership in mission-driven health care organizations.
• Broad knowledge of healthcare market dynamics including managed care and government purchasing.
• Ability to set strategic direction 3–5 years ahead and translate it into actionable plans.
• Experience in sales, business development, and government procurement.
• Strong operational and financial leadership to optimize existing and grow new revenue sources.
• Hands-on, agile leadership with a startup mentality in a mature org.
• Exceptional communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Inclusive leader who recruits, develops talent, and maintains transparent accountability.
• Proven experience partnering with boards and providing timely, transparent reporting.
