Job summary

Illinois Bone and Joint Institute, LLC is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to oversee the movement of medical supplies across multiple IBJI locations. The role coordinates stocking, reorder points, and supplier communications to keep clinics stocked 24/7.

You will create reports, manage item data, and resolve delivery issues while collaborating with management to set policies. A high school diploma is required; 1–2 years in inventory control preferred; strong Excel and basic database

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of inventory control experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels and purchase supplies to avoid stockouts.
• Determine appropriate inventory levels for items across IBJI sites.
• Communicate issues with PAC in a timely manner.
• Coordinate disposal of outdated items and substitutions as needed.
• Process requisitions to add, delete, and change items.
• Maintain inventory templates and records across locations.
• Create reports and ensure correct item labeling and locations.
