Job summary

The Medicus Firm is recruiting a Business Development Consultant to serve hospitals and healthcare executives across a 2–5 state territory. You will develop relationships, schedule webinars and meetings, and drive contract opportunities in a fast-paced healthcare sales environment.

Based in the Dallas area, this full-time role requires travel about 5 days per month, a positive demeanor, strong communication skills, and a track record in inside/outside sales or B2B.

Qualifications

• Healthcare business development experience required.
• 2+ years of sales experience (Inside/Outside/B2B) preferred.
• Positive attitude and outgoing personality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• College degree preferred.
• Must align with Commitments: Integrity, Trust, and Continuous Improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage efforts in a multi-state territory (2–5 states).
• Schedule webinars and face-to-face meetings to obtain signed contracts.
• Travel to your region 5 days each month.
• Contact and build rapport with hospital administrators to gain knowledge of their recruiting needs.
• Maintain organization within territory and provide timely information and follow-up contact.
• Effectively present information and respond to questions accurately using a variety of venues including webinars and phone.
