Job summary

Vizient is seeking an experienced Product Advisor to lead strategic client engagement activities for analytics solutions, focusing on adoption, utilization, and value realization across ODB and related platforms.

You will translate complex healthcare analytics into actionable insights, collaborate with product management and data science, and mentor peers to support long-term client success and product growth.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of healthcare analytics and benchmarking.
• Ability to lead executive-level client conversations in complex healthcare environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for large datasets.
• Excellent written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Experience influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Build and sustain strategic relationships with Vizient clients across analytics solutions.
• Lead executive-level client discussions focusing on adoption and performance.
• Translate analytics into actionable client insights and recommendations.
• Drive utilization and optimization of CPSC, CDB, PA, ODB, and ODB-CP solutions.
• Deliver product demonstrations, webinars, and trainings to support client engagement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve client experience and solution effectiveness.
• Capture client feedback to support product enhancements and roadmap.
• Develop best practices and scalable resources for client success and product growth.
• Mentor team members and lead cross-product initiatives.
• Represent Product Advisor leadership in internal and client-facing engagements.
