Job summary

Vizient, Inc. is seeking a strategic Product Advisor to serve as the expert for Clinical Data Base (CDB) and Procedural Analytics (PA) solutions.

You will partner with clients to optimize analytics usage, provide consultative guidance, and drive data-driven improvements in clinical, operational, and financial outcomes. You will lead complex engagements, mentor colleagues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product innovation and client success.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of healthcare analytics, performance improvement, benchmarking, quality metrics, and cost analysis methodologies.
• Advanced analytical skills to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and lead initiatives without direct authority.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary strategic advisor for a portfolio of clients, building trusted relationships.
• Drive adoption and optimization of CDB and PA solutions through ongoing client engagement and education.
• Analyze healthcare data to identify opportunities that improve quality, cost, utilization, and operational performance.
• Deliver product demonstrations, training sessions, webinars, and presentations to diverse audiences.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Data Science, Client Success, Training, and Technical teams.
• Lead client onboarding, implementation, and product launches.
• Gather client feedback, market trends, and product enhancement opportunities.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance client outcomes.
• Represent the Product Advisor function in cross-functional initiatives.
• Develop client engagement strategies that increase product utilization and value realization.
• Mentor Product Advisor team members.
• Maintain expertise in healthcare industry trends and Vizient analytics solutions.
