Job summary

Vizient, Inc. is seeking a Product Advisor to lead strategic client engagement activities across Vizient analytics solutions with a focus on ODB and related platforms. You will translate complex analytics into actionable insights to improve clinical, operational, and financial performance.

You will mentor peers, drive adoption, and collaborate with product management, data science, and client teams to enhance solution effectiveness and client success across the healthcare spectrum.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Experience with healthcare analytics, benchmarking, and performance improvement.
• Ability to lead executive-level client conversations in complex healthcare environments.

Responsibilities

• Build and sustain strategic relationships with Vizient clients across assigned analytics solutions.
• Lead executive-level client discussions focused on adoption, utilization, and performance improvement opportunities.
• Translate complex analytics and benchmarking data into actionable client insights and recommendations.
• Drive utilization and optimization of CPSC, CDB, PA, ODB, and ODB-CP solutions.
• Deliver product demonstrations, consultations, webinars, and training sessions to support client engagement.
• Collaborate with product management, data science, and client engagement teams to improve client experience.
