Job summary

Vizient, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Product Advisor to lead strategic client engagement across analytics solutions, with a primary focus on the Operational Data Base (ODB) and hybrid support for CDB, CPSC, PA, and ODB-CP.

You will translate complex healthcare analytics into actionable insights, mentor peers, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve client experience, drive adoption, and support product growth.

Qualifications

• Healthcare analytics, benchmarking, and cost management knowledge.
• Experience leading executive-level client conversations in healthcare.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with large datasets.
• Excellent written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation communication skills.
• Experience influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Experience with healthcare analytics solutions (ODB, CPSC, CDB, PA, or similar).
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Experience in health systems, hospitals, or ambulatory settings preferred.
• Ability to adapt to ambiguity and drive continuous improvement.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Build and sustain strategic relationships with Vizient clients across analytics solutions.
• Lead executive-level client discussions focused on adoption, utilization, and performance improvement opportunities.
• Translate complex analytics and benchmarking data into actionable client insights and recommendations.
• Drive utilization and optimization of CPSC, CDB, PA, ODB, and ODB-CP solutions.
• Deliver product demonstrations, consultations, webinars, and training sessions to support client engagement.
• Customize analytic approaches and educational content to align with client goals and operational priorities.
• Collaborate with product management, data science, and client engagement teams to improve client experience and solution effectiveness.
• Capture and communicate client feedback to support product enhancements and roadmap prioritization.
• Develop best practices, value stories, and scalable resources that support client success and product growth.
• Mentor Product Advisor team members through coaching, onboarding support, and knowledge sharing.
• Lead strategic initiatives that improve team processes, cross-product collaboration, and client engagement models.
• Represent Product Advisor leadership in internal initiatives and client engagements.
