Job summary

Precision AQ is seeking an Account Executive to support client services across our market access marketing practice. The role drives daily tasks, coordinates with internal teams, and leads client communications to promote project success and profitability.

Qualifications include a bachelor's in marketing or related field, at least one year in an account role, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Travel up to 5% may be required; healthcare experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications or related subject.
• At least one year of experience as an Assistant Account Executive or Account Executive within advertising/marketing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Flexibility for travel up to 5%.
• Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
• Experience with writing SOWs and project briefs is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operates as lead point of contact on assigned projects within the client account.
• Provides quality control of client deliverables and aligns creative briefs.
• Coordinates content planning meetings with key content experts.
• Manages overall delivery of client project assignments and timelines.
• Facilitates regulatory review processes and ensures compliance.
• Develops project timelines with the PM team and communicates milestones.
• Monitors budgets and assists with financial reporting.
