Job summary

Intermountain Health seeks a Technical Product Manager to drive development and management of technology-driven products in our health plan operations. You will partner with software engineers, data analysts, and clinical experts to define roadmaps, requirements, and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated relevant product knowledge and hands-on experience working with those tools and processes
• Ability to lead complex projects
• Strong Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills including writing, speaking and active listening
• Thorough understanding of business processes
• Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment

• Demonstrates working technical knowledge of systems administration
• Demonstrated experience solving server/operating system problems that reduce impact to customers/end-users
• Business process and reengineering experience, as well as an understanding of the relationship between processes and policies
• Experience on products using Scaled Agile Framework.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and KPIs for technology products within the health plan.
• Gather and analyze user requirements, market trends, and business goals to inform product development and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into features and prioritize by value, feasibility, and user needs.
• Guide product development with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Monitor product performance via key metrics and user feedback, driving continuous improvements.
• Stay updated with industry trends and healthcare regulations to drive innovation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Communicate updates and roadmap progress to senior management and technical teams.
• Provide mentorship to junior team members to foster high performance.
