Job summary

Responsibilities

• The Technical Product Manager is responsible for driving the development and management of technology-driven products and solutions that support our health plan operations.
• Collaborates with cross‑functional teams to define product roadmap, product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure successful product delivery.
• Gathers and analyzes user requirements, market trends, and business goals to inform product development and the development roadmap.
• Translates requirements into product features and prioritizes them based on business value, technical feasibility, and user needs.
• Monitors product performance through key metrics and user feedback, identifies areas for improvement, facilitates continuous exploration, and drives product enhancements.
• Stays updated with industry trends, healthcare regulations, and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the health plan.
• Collaborates with stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and end-users, to gather feedback, address concerns, ensure alignment with business objectives and applying continuous improvement methods.
