Intermountain Health seeks a Technical Product Manager to lead technology-driven health plan products, collaborating with software engineers, data analysts, and healthcare professionals to define roadmaps, requirements, and KPIs.

You will work with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into features, monitor metrics, and drive continuous improvement while aligning with healthcare regulations and industry trends. The role is hybrid, based in Murray, UT, with standard 40-hour weeks.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated relevant to the role product knowledge and hands-on experience working with those tools and processes
• Ability to lead complex projects
• Strong Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills including writing, speaking and active listening
• Thorough understanding of business processes
• Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Strong customer service orientation
• Demonstrates working technical knowledge of systems administration
• Demonstrated experience solving server/operating system problems that reduce impact to customers/end-users
• Business process and reengineering experience, as well as an understanding of the relationship between processes and policies
• Experience on products using Scaled Agile Framework.

Responsibilities

• Drive development and management of technology-driven products for health plan operations
• Define product roadmap, requirements, and KPIs with cross-functional teams
• Prioritize features based on business value, feasibility, and user needs
• Collaborate with vendors, platform managers, and support teams to guide development
• Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvements
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and emerging tech
• Gather feedback from stakeholders and translate into requirements
• Communicate updates and roadmaps to senior management and teams
• Mentor junior product team members and foster a high-performing culture
