Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Technical Product Manager to drive development and management of technology-driven products supporting health plan operations. You will collaborate with software developers, engineers, data analysts, and healthcare professionals to define roadmaps, requirements, and KPIs while delivering high-quality solutions.

You will analyze user needs, market trends, and business goals to shape the development roadmap, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated product knowledge and hands-on experience with related tools and processes.
• Ability to lead complex projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills including writing, speaking and active listening.
• Understanding of business processes and how they map to technology solutions.
• Experience with Scaled Agile Framework.

Responsibilities

• Define product roadmap, requirements, and KPIs for technology products within the health plan.
• Gather user requirements, market trends, and business goals to inform development.
• Translate requirements into features and prioritize based on value, feasibility, and user needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guide development and ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor product performance and drive improvements based on feedback and metrics.
• Stay updated on healthcare regulations and industry trends to drive innovation.
• Communicate updates and roadmaps to stakeholders and leadership.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior product team members.
