Qualifications

• Master's degree in Hospital Administration or MBA is required.
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare administration or hospital leadership.
• Excellent verbal, quantitative, managerial and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute regional growth strategies for in-patient and out-patient services.
• Ensure alignment of hospital system goals with JV partner.
• Build and maintain a high-performing leadership environment.
• Develop and maintain relationships with community and state entities; create outreach programs to remote areas.
• Ensure organizational excellence and streamlined workflows to improve patient flow.
• Lead hiring and talent development across the organization.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.
