Job summary

UT Health Quitman Hospital in Texas is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead the combined UT Health Quitman and UT Health Pittsburg facilities. You will shape strategy, oversee operations, and partner with medical staff to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across the system.

The CEO will drive growth, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a culture of excellence while aligning with Ardent Health Services' mission.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Hospital Administration or MBA required.
5+ years of healthcare administration experience.
Excellent verbal, quantitative, managerial and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of JCAHO, OSHA, state and federal regulatory standards.
Ability to analyze situations and implement actions to improve the company.
Strategic planning and long-range goal implementation.

Responsibilities

Formulates and executes a regional growth strategy for inpatient and outpatient services.
Ensures alignment of hospital system goals with JV partner.
Builds and maintains a high performing leadership environment.
Collaborates with community and statewide relationships to identify high quality care models and outreach.
Develops organizational excellence and efficient processes to improve patient flow.
Maintains accreditation and licensure standards and drives quality improvement.
