Job summary

The Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine (HJF) seeks a Team Lead to provide strategic oversight and leadership for the Health Security Cooperation Education and Training (HSCET) Program in support of USU/NIDHC.

This role combines team leadership with high-level advisory responsibilities, ensuring program initiatives align with NIDHC's mission. The Team Lead will supervise a multidisciplinary team, advise senior leadership on strategy, planning, and execution, and

Qualifications

• Master's degree required; Doctoral degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in relevant fields.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a multidisciplinary HSCET program team and ensure collaboration.
• Advise NIDHC leadership on program strategy, priorities, and operational challenges.
• Develop briefing materials, reports, and policy options for senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Represent NIDHC in high-level meetings and maintain external partner relationships.
